Savino
states, "Our clients come to us from a wide variety of backgrounds.
Some are moving here from other states, many are referrals from past
clients, and some are people for whom our family has previously built
a home. And, just as their backgrounds are varied, so are their home
building needs. Some of our clients come to us to help them make
their dream house a reality. Others are establishing new dreams as
their children
leave the nest and they look to size down. Whatever the situation," Savino
continues, "they choose Tarantini Development because of the
close, personal attention that we give to each client and each custom
home project."
Tarantini
Development limits its activities to one or two projects at a time.
Savino explains, "Due to the complexity and detail of the homes
that we build, taking on many projects at once would limit my ability
to personally oversee every aspect of construction. My clients didn't
hire a foreman or job superintendent to build their home. They hired
me, and I take that trust very seriously. The first house that my father
built was our family's home. I saw the care that he put into that house
and try to give that level of attention to every house we build."
A typical
Tarantini Development custom home is 4,000 square feet and up with
prices beginning at about $650,000. Tarantini Development's one-of-a-kind
creations are found in many of the most desirable communities of North
Phoenix, North Scottsdale, Pinnacle Peak, and Fountain Hills.

While
some of Savino's clients come to him with plans in hand, many have
only a desire for a new custom home and a general idea of their
basic preferences.
In this case, Savino works closely with his clients to clarify
their ideas, preferences and needs in order to formulate an overall
design
plan. Issues
such as needed square footage, preferred amenities and the clients'
lifestyle are examined
to ensure that the
design concept reflects

the
clients' personalities while also respecting their budget. Savino states, "Today's custom home designs are
much more intricate than in the past. With the development of new products
and building techniques, more options are available to the buyer. And
with the increased interest in special-use areas, such as exercise
rooms,
home offices and wine cellars, additional construction technologies
may be needed so that the area properly serves the intended purpose
while
blending seamlessly into the overall design." |
Tarantini
Development views the completion of a true custom home project as an
evolutionary process. Savino explains, "As construction on a custom
project proceeds, the client may request modifications from the original
plan. This usually happens as they see their home take on a three-dimensional
form. And that's okay. It's all part of the custom construction process.
Our goal is to do everything possible to turn their dreams into reality." continue... |
