To
Savino Tarantini, " quality
construction" is more than just an overused term. It's a family
tradition. On each job site every day, often two or three times in
a day, Savino takes personal responsibility for the quality standards
in every phase of construction. "Quality construction," he
explains, "starts with those things that are hidden when the house
is completed. Ensuring that the concrete footings are the proper size
and that the concrete pad is properly reinforced with appropriate expansion
joints is just one example of how the buyer relies on us to protect
his interests. Energy efficiency is an important concern. But it's
not just how thick the insulation blanket is that counts, but also
whether it's installed properly for maximum insulating value. Tarantini
Development has earned a reputation for quality, and we will continue
to earn it each day with each project."

Tarantini Development is
a family business. Mary Ann Tarantini, Savino's wife and business partner,
oversees all office functions. Savino and Mary Ann, along with their
two daughters, have a strong sense of family. This sense of family exists
in their business, as well, and is shared with their "family" of
subcontractors. Savino explains, "Mary Ann and I are in constant
contact with all of our tradesmen. And, we have long-standing relationships
with most of our suppliers and subcontractors. |
| Over
the years, mutual respect and loyalty have developed. We know that our
subs are not looking for shortcuts, and our subs know that we're going
to create a working environment that enables them to do their best work.
Everybody is a winner with this situation, especially the home buyer." continue... |
